At Mai Moving Rentals, our journey began with countless moves—our own and those of friends and neighbors. Each time, we saw the same thing: piles of cardboard boxes, endless taping, and so much waste. Helping loved ones move made us realize there had to be a better solution—a cheaper, easier, and cleaner way to make moving less stressful and more sustainable.
How We Started
In 2025, that solution came to life when Mai Moving Rentals was founded. We set out to provide durable, reusable moving boxes for families and businesses across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. Our mission is simple: to make moving more convenient while helping the planet.
Who We Serve
As a female-owned business, we proudly serve Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Pickering, Ajax, and surrounding communities. Our sturdy boxes are easy to stack, carry, and reuse—eliminating the hassle of flimsy cardboard and reducing waste with every move.
Why We Care!
Being a woman, a mom, and a passionate organizer, our founder understands firsthand how overwhelming moving can feel. After seeing so many friends and neighbors face the same challenges, she was determined to create a service built on care, reliability, and true convenience.
